We're creating a non profit feature length film called After The Rain in hopes to bring an end to bride kidnapping. It is a story of a father's unfailing love for his bride kidnapped daughter, bring love at the center of it all.

More than half the population in Kyrgyzstan is married through bride kidnapping, with most cases being non-consensual. Although it is illegal, it is rarely prosecuted due to it being named "culture and tradition."
